Terms of Service

By accessing or using BoardsQA (boardsqa.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Dr. Pablo Lozano Lominchar, the operator of BoardsQA, acting in personal capacity as educator. This platform does not represent Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón or Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

To access quiz sessions and track progress, you must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@boardsqa.com
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

BoardsQA offers two access tiers:

• Free tier: 25 questions per day. No payment required. Access to all boards with daily limit reset at midnight UTC.
• Pro tier: Unlimited questions per day, full progress analytics, and export features. Billed monthly or annually as displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS compliant). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refund requests within 14 days of initial subscription may be submitted to contact@boardsqa.com. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods beyond the 14-day window.

You agree to use BoardsQA exclusively for lawful educational purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract question content by automated means
• Share account credentials or allow third parties to access your account
• Reproduce or redistribute question content without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform security measures
• Use the platform for clinical decision-making or patient care purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity in communications through the platform

Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All question content, explanations, guideline summaries, and platform design are the intellectual property of Dr. Pablo Lozano Lominchar. All rights reserved.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access platform content for your individual educational use only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BoardsQA and Dr. Pablo Lozano Lominchar shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
• Clinical outcomes resulting from reliance on platform content
• Interruptions in platform availability
• Inaccuracies in question content, which may not reflect current guidelines

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Service. Changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
